Helping you to achieve a healthy, fit and strong body through a programme of exercise sessions that will improve cardiovascular health, develop strength and condition the body.
The BODY Programme involves physical activity sessions to engage individuals or groups in regular exercise. Sessions are planned specifically for the individual or group to ensure activity is appropriate for fitness goals, yet challenging. A variety of exercises and equipment are used to keep sessions interesting and to provide a full body workout.
All of our sessions are run outside in green spaces where possible, promoting eco therapy and helping you to relax and unwind at the same time as working your body. Exercising outside has also been scientifically proven to reduce stress, relieve depression, improve brain function and boost metabolism.

A structured plan to achieve individual health and fitness goals. Your progress will be monitored to ensure you are challenging yourself within each session and reaching your desired goal, whether that is to lose weight, or improve your sporting performance for a specific race or event.
Training sessions that are developed to suit a range of abilities that will enable individuals to push themselves within the session. A great way to encourage teams to bond and motivate each other. Sessions can be organised before work or at lunch-time and at regular intervals, weekly or bi-weekly as required.
